The meeting of the Executive Board of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) has been postponed once again.
According to the IMF, the meeting of the Executive Board convened on January 28 will now be held on February 2, while the meeting of the Executive Board was adjourned at the request of Pakistan.
Sources said that the Sixth Review Mission Report of Pakistan will be considered in the Board meeting while the Board will also review the implementation of conditions for revival of loan program.
According to sources, the board will decide on the next installment of a billion dollar loan to Pakistan.
Sources said that the IMF board would consider the waiver application for non-compliance with the conditions.
It may be recalled that even before this, the IMF had postponed the review of the loan at the request of Pakistan
